The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is away from the bustling main areas of the city but still easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in a Balinese style. The central pool is a great place to relax and unwind. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, as mentioned in one review where they even posted a forgotten item back to the guest.

The beds in the hotel are quite firm, which may not be suitable for those seeking a soft and cozy sleep experience.

The food was good, and we especially enjoyed the BBQ dinner on New Year's Eve. The pool was also nicely maintained. Plus, the villa was located close to a convenience store and main road, making it easy to get around.

The villa was not very clean and the staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of guests during the new year. There were also some issues with the plumbing that were not resolved during our stay.

The villa we stayed in had well-kept interiors and clean rooms with good amenities. The location of the villa was excellent, not too far from the main road where we could find stores and taxis. We requested for a BBQ lunch and it was brilliantly done. The staff were very friendly and hospitable.

One of the rooms on the top floor did not have an attached bathroom, which was inconvenient for the guests staying in that room. The beds were too firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
